The Badminton Ride has very generously donated the proceeds of the 2017 Badminton Ride to The Great Badminton Church Restoration Fund, which we were delighted to receive.

The Badminton Ride took place on Sunday, 24th September 2017 in Badminton Park and the surrounding Estate. It attracted some 900 riders, both old and young, who had a wonderful day experiencing the glorious Gloucestershire countryside at Badminton, as well as being able to ride along sections of the world-famous Badminton Horse Trials cross-country course!

The cheque was presented by His Grace The Duke of Beaufort, Joint Master of The Duke of Beaufort's Hunt, and Lieutenant-Colonel Nick Grant Thorold, Director of The Badminton Ride to Badminton's Churchwarden, Christopher White and Badminton PCC's Secretary, Mrs Sheilah Michael at The Beaufort Hunt's Meet at the Kennels on Saturday, 16th December 2017.

It was a glorious sunny day for the cheque presentation and all those present enjoyed seeing off the hounds and the Hunt.
